Every school gets a first-call cheat sheet: six starter questions built from your sport, class, and position. Keep the ones that fit and add your own.

Before any call, camp, or visit, Suggest more adds questions drawn from what that school has already said, each with the reason it came up.

Coach email

Your first email, already written.

Add a school and the intro email is ready: name, class, position, high school, GPA, and film link, filled in from your recruiting profile. Edit anything, then open it in Mail so it goes out from your own account.

Say you sent it, and Scouted reminds you to follow up two weeks later if the coach hasn't answered.

How your data is handled.

Many people using Scouted are minors. Here is what happens to their data.

Zero data retention The services that run smart features discard what they process. Nothing is kept on their side.

Never used for training Your recruiting data is never used to train models.

Only what each feature needs The messages being summed up, and your name when a draft needs a signature. Nothing else from your account.

Screenshots deleted Text screenshots are kept only until Scouted has read them, then deleted.

Common questions.

Are smart features on the free plan?: Yes. Summaries, smart suggestions, first-call questions, and the coach email are included on Standard and Pro.
What data do they use?: Summaries read a school's emails, texts, and call notes. Suggestions read individual threads and call notes. First-call questions use your sport, class, and position, plus what that school has said. The coach email is filled in from your recruiting profile and isn't sent anywhere until you open it in Mail. Smart features get only what each one needs, which can include your name on a drafted message and any names or numbers in the messages themselves.
Is the coach email written by Scouted?: It's filled in from your recruiting profile, sentence by sentence, so nothing is made up and a sentence is left out when its field is empty. You edit it, then send it from your own Mail app. Scouted never sends email for you.
Do they work for every sport?: Yes. Summaries, suggestions, and first-call questions work for every sport in the app.
Is my data safe if I'm under 18?: The same protections apply to every user. Processing runs under zero data retention agreements, and our providers keep no personally identifying information about minors.
