Common Questions
Which email providers are supported?
Microsoft Outlook, including school-issued Microsoft accounts (Hotmail, Live, and Office 365).
Does Scouted read all my emails?
No. We only look for email threads that match the coaches and advisors you've already added to the app. We never scan, index, or store any other emails in your inbox.
Can I disconnect my email?
Yes. Go to Settings and disconnect your email account at any time. Previously imported threads remain in the app unless you delete them.
What happens to my text screenshots after import?
Screenshot images are processed automatically to extract message content and then immediately discarded. They are never saved to our servers or stored permanently.
Is conversation import free?
Yes. Email import, text message import, and call logging are all included in both Standard and Pro plans.
