Tied to Your Pro Subscription
Family sharing is active as long as your Scouted Pro subscription is active. If your subscription lapses, family access pauses automatically.
Common Questions
Does my family member need a paid subscription?
No. The family member creates a free account — no subscription required. Family sharing requires that the athlete has an active Scouted Pro subscription.
Can my family member make changes to my data?
No. Family accounts are strictly read-only. They cannot add, edit, or delete any of your schools, notes, coaches, conversations, or anything else.
Who can I share with?
You can share with any adult (18+) of your choice — a parent, guardian, grandparent, or other trusted family member. The app requires the family member to confirm they are 18 or older when accepting. You are responsible for choosing who to invite.
What if I want to stop sharing?
Open Settings, find the family member in the Family Sharing section, and tap Remove. Access is revoked immediately.
How many people can I share with?
Up to two family members can have active or pending access to your profile at any one time.
Can my family member see my email and text conversations?
Yes. Any emails or text messages you've imported into Scouted are visible to your family member. This includes the full message content. You'll see a reminder of this when you create an invite.
What happens to family access if I cancel Pro?
Family access is paused immediately when your Pro subscription lapses. Your family member will see a message explaining that the subscription is no longer active. If you reactivate Pro, access resumes automatically.
